Inner stillness - inner silence

Inner stillness – inner silence

I sit eyes closed. I am no more. My ideas, troubles and worries I leave behind with my mind.

I look, I see the illusion any negative energy being hurled at me I see them as gifts. If I do not accept these “gifts” to whom do they belong to? They get returned back to the sender.

I accept all and I choose to take the useful only. The not useful I transform into “gifts” of lessons, of warnings. All habits, memories are in the mind. All time and space is in the mind. I freely let my mind go.

In the silence, in the quietude, in the stillness of my meditation whether awake or asleep I watch attentively in the moment of the here and newness.

No need for words, language or interpretations. Silence, stillness and witnessing is enough. Try. Let uncertain be certainty and a friend in the mysterious ever intelligent now.

Darkness is my friend. Light is my friend. They are all my teachers. I embrace them all. I fear no mistakes for every moment in the here and now is a new moment, fresh and ever exciting. Silence is the language of presence. Stillness is the communion of the spirit. Emptiness is the channel of surrendering to the ultimate truth and intelligence all around us and within us. Struggle or resist as you may – it won’t stop the process of the inner stillness and inner silence drawing you closer to your source every day.

When we are tired we sleep. The natural tendency is to rest. So it is the natural tendency is to return to stillness and silence within us all to rejuvenate and heal ourselves, to nourish, replenish and recover – to rest and settle in the quietude of emptiness of deep sleep but in a wakeful consciousness and awareness.
